GUWAHATI, Dec 29 - The 4th seeded Tanishqa Patar of Guwahati caused an upset today by defeating top seed Shakshi Bauah of Jorhat 7-5, 6-3 in the girls U-18 singles semifinal match in the ongoing 27th Jorhat Open tennis tournament at the Jorhat Tennis Club courts.
The other seeds confirmed their berths in the finals to be played tomorrow.
