GUWAHATI, Jan 24 - The seven-day-long World Peace Yagna organized on the occasion of diamond jubilee of the Sri Digambar Jain temple at Fancy Bazar and golden jubilee of Panchakalyanak Pratistha Mahotsav came to an end today, stated a press release.

Governor PB Acharya had inaugurated the Yagna on January 17 and it witnessed participation of lakhs of devotees from the Northeast and other parts of the country. The Panchakalyanak Mahotsav and the World Peace Yagna was being held under the guidance of Jain saint Sri Punya Sagarji Maharaj. Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi also participated in the festival.
