JAGIROAD, Feb 21 - The Gauhati University Inter College Volleyball Championship will be organised by the Jagiroad College at its college premises from March 8 to 10.
Dr Bhaben Ch Neog, principal of the Jagiroad College informed that the championship will be held for boys and girls.
For smooth conduct of the tournament, an eleven-member reception committee, along with six sub committees was constituted with Dr BC Neog, Dr Habibur Rahman and Dr Linton Hazarika as president, secretary and treasurer respectively. The organisers of the event appealed the GU affiliated colleges to participate in the competition.
