GUWAHATI, Feb 15 � Surjya Natya Gosthi will present an informal evening with acclaimed theatre personalities, Roysten Abel and Adil Hussain, at the Vivekananda Kendra auditorium on February 16.
A press release stated that the programme which would start at 6 pm will enable theatre lovers to interact with both Abel and Hussain.
Originally from Goalpara, Adil Hussain, an alumnus of NSD, came to limelight with commanding performances in a number of acclaimed productions. For his performance in the play Othello, he won acclaim from many quarters.
Roysten Abel, of Kerala, whose wife is from Assam, has been feted for his achievements at different platforms, including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. His latest directorial venture �The Manganiyar Seduction� has been appreciated during the Dublin Theatre Festival. It is stated that the host of the event, Surjya, has also organised a series of programmes for schoolchildren titled �Blossom� at the same venue.
