Otherwise, this type of programme will never succeed at all. This was stated by Karimganj MP Radheshyam Biswas, while addressing a meeting of the inaugural function of the Indian Post Payments Bank ( IPPB) at Karimganj Head Post Office.

He said that the Post Payments Banking Service is undoubtedly a desirable programme of the Indian government, which will be of help to the people of rural areas or distant places.
