SHILLONG, June 3 - Independent MLA SK Sunn has become an associate member of United Democratic Party (UDP).
Announcing his decision, Sunn said, through his association with UDP he hoped to contribute a lot more for the overall development of Meghalaya. Sunn was one of the most vocal newcomers in the recently concluded Budget session of the Assembly.
Meanwhile, Meghalaya Democratic Alliance would gain from Sunn�s association with UDP as the party is one of the coalition partners in the Government.
