GUWAHATI, June 18 - The Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is organising a series of comprehensive residential capacity building training programmes for development of aspiring and budding entrepreneurs belonging to SC and ST communities, under the National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Hub (NSSH) Scheme of the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME).

�The core objective of this project is to develop entrepreneurial traits, improvement of managerial capabilities, knowledge and skill of potential entrepreneurs, arousing their entrepreneurial behaviour and assisting them to start their own enterprise and run them successfully,� a statement said.

So far under the NSSH Scheme IIE has organised ten entrepreneurship development programmes, seven entrepreneurial skill development programmes and one management development programme.
