MORIGAON, April 7 - The 6th Sandhya Saha Memorial Senior Inter District Women Hockey Tournament started here at the Khirode Boruah Stadium today.
Altogether 15 district teams are taking part in the championship which was inaugurated by Santanu Bharali, Law Adviser to the Chief Minister in presence of DC, Morigaon Hemen Das, local MLA Rama Kanta Deori and a host of sportspersons.
Today�s results: Morigaon beat Kaliabor 9-0, Bongaigaon beat Marioni 7-0 goals, Karbi Anglong beat Makum 2-1, Naharkatia beat Tezpur 7-0, Silchar beat Golaghat 5-0, Sibsagar beat Hojai 5-0.
