GUWAHATI, Aug 5 - Tamulpur and Tinsukia won the girls� and boys� titles in the Sub Junior Inter District Netball Championship which was organised by the Tinsukia District Netball Association on July 26 and 27. Altogether 26 teams of 14 districts took part in the day/night championship.
In the finals, Tamulpur girls defeated Tinsukia 14-9 while the Tinsukia boys outplayed Nazira 26-17.
Ganisha Boro of Tamulpur and Madhurya Baruah of Tinsukia were adjudged best players in the girls� and boys� sections respectively, stated an Assam Netball Association release.
