IMPHAL, March 18 - Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam returned here on Friday after meeting AICC president Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi during their three- day stay in New Delhi.
Soon after their arrival, an emergency State Cabinet meeting was held with Ibobi in the chair at CM�s Secretariat here. The meeting started at 4 pm and what has been discussed at the meeting was not known immediately.
