HSLC/AHM results declared, Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Darrang district secures top position

GUWAHATI, June 6: The HSLC/AHM Results, 2020 were declared at 9 am today by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA).

While the total pass percentage in HSLC examination is 64.80, which is the highest in past seven years, the AHM exams recorded a total pass percentage of 63.67.

Dhritiraj Bastav Kalita of Padum Pukhuri High School in Darrang district secured the top position in the HSLC with total 595 marks closely followed by Alangkrita Gautam Baruah of Salt Brook School, Dibrugarh at second position with 594 marks.

Three candidates Debisma Priya Borah of Gyan Jyoti Academy, Narayanpur (Lakhimpur), Jyotisman Deva Sarma of Sankardev Sishu Bidya Niketan (Nalbari) and Chaki G Bulton of St Mary�s HS School, Guwahati (Kamrup Metro) have secured the third position in State with 591 marks.

Total 42 students made it to the merit list of top ten positions in the HSLC examination this time.

In the district-wise performance list, Sivasagar topped the charts with 83.92 per cent success rate followed by Nalbari with an overall pass percentage of 78.73 and Darrang with the pass percentage of 74.35.
