GUWAHATI, Feb 10 � In order to ensure smooth conduct of the Higher Secondary Examination 2015, without any hindrance from anti-social elements as well as for smooth conduct of the evaluation works later on, the Government of Assam has constituted a District/Sub-Divisional Level Examination Supervision Committee headed by respective Deputy Commissioners and Sub-Divisional Officers.
The Inspectors of Schools of all district circles have also been entrusted o act as District Examination Officer in the district concerned to monitor the examination, said an official statement.
The functions of the committee will be to open and maintain a dedicated control room with at least two staff and an officer during examination period and to conduct sensitization meetings with all Centre-in-Charges and Zonal Supervision Officers before the commencement of examinations to obtain feedback and also provide necessary advisories.
