MORIGAON, Aug 24 - Host Morigaon District Sports Association (MDSA) entered the 2nd round of Motiram Bora Football Tournament beating Barekuri Football Club, Tinsukia 2-1 in an exciting match played at Khirode Boruah Stadium here today.
Nasidur Islam of Morigaon scored the first goal with solo effort in the 34 minute while the host team netted the second goal through Nirab Deuri in the 64th minute.
For the Barekuri, the solitary goal was scored by Pran Jyoti Chutiya in the 89th minute.
