GUWAHATI, Feb 23 - Dr Shantanu Lahkar, managing director of Archana Trauma & Orthopaedics Hospital & Research Centre, Dibrugarh and well-known ortopaedic specialist of Assam, has been nominated as a member of the General Council of Rehabilitation Council of India, a stautory body under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India.
