GUWAHATI, Aug 16 - A delegation from Hindi speaking organisations of Assam met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh earlier this week to brief him about NRC-related matters. The delegation told him about the problems faced by many Hindi-speaking people of Assam in the matter of NRC and requested the Union government to take appropriate measures to ensure that not a single genuine Indian citizen is excluded from the final NRC.
