Sivasagar, March 24: Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma urged upon the voters of 108 Sivasagar constituency to choose between anarchy, road blocks, burning of tyres on streets on one hand and peace, development and educational environment on the other after a massive road show in Sivasagar town on Monday evening with Surobhi Rajkumari and thousands of her Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) supporters.

Dr Sarma indirectly referred to rival candidates Akhil Gogoi from Raijor Dal and Subhamitra Gogoi from Congress to be representatives of the anarchical regime that shook the nation during anti- CAA agitation in the State.

Dr Sarma appealed the voters of Sivasagar to give him a chance to develop the historic township with a state university in the name of Sau Lung SiukaPha, a medical college, a natural zoo on the eastern flank of the historic Sivasagar Borpukhuri removing the British era jail from the site and a beautiful Jaya Kala Khetra in Zerenga Pathar by casting their votes for BJP candidate Surobhi Rajkumari.
