GUWAHATI, May 1 - On the occasion of International Labour Day, a free health checkup camp was organised today by FICCI FLO Northeast in the Harijan Colony at Harijan Buniyadi Vidyalay, Ulubari under the leadership of Chairperson of FLO Northeast Dr Srutimala Duara, stated a press release.
The camp was meant for the Guwahati Municipal Corporation cleaners.
In her speech, Dr Duara said that a total of 154 patients registered for health checkup, who were examined by Dr Reema Das Mallik, Dr Pooja Jaiswal, Dr Shweta Jain and Dr Sharadi Shreemoyee. Free medicines were given to the patients and tests conducted for checking their blood sugar and blood pressure levels, the release added.
