GUWAHATI, Feb 19 � The Division Bench of the Gauhati High Court, comprising Chief Justice J Chelameswar and Justice Anima Hazarika, today issued a notice in the criminal appeal case (No. 25/2010) filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) against the release of RH Khan on bail by the Special Court, Guwahati.
The court, after hearing the case, issued the notice to RH Khan and fixed the case for hearing on February 24.
