HC hearing on Parag Das case on Sept 15

GUWAHATI, Sept 2 � The Division Bench of the Gauhati High Court comprising Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justice BP Katakey today adjourned the hearing of Parag Das murder case till September 15.

The criminal revision petition No. 377/09 was registered as suo-moto on an application filed by Dr DP Barooah, former Vice-Chancellor of Gauhati University and the criminal revision petition No. 386/09 was filed by Pallabh Das, brother of Parag Kr Das against the judgement passed by the Sessions Judge, Kamrup in Parag Kr Das murder case. Both the cases will be listed for hearing on September 15.
