GUWAHATI, Dec 21 - Gauhati High Court after hearing a batch of interlocutory applications filed by Deputy Speaker of Arunachal Assembly and some MLA s for modification of the earlier interim order passed on December 17, today directed not to hold any session till January 4 next and fixed the case for hearing on that day.
The interlocutory applications were filed for modification of the order dated December 17 last. Justice BK Sarmah after hearing the case fixed it on January 4 and then directed not to hold the Assembly session till then.
