GUWAHATI, Nov 11 - In a Group D match of the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Tournament at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai today, Haryana handed Assam a three-wicket defeat.
Put into bat, Assam managed to gather 158 in 20 overs. Riyan Parag and Pallav Kumar Das were the leading scorers with 58 and 43 respectively while the other batsmen failed to click.
In reply, Haryana notched up 159 losing seven wickets with two balls to spare. HV Patel (62) and C Bisnoi (32) were their main contributors.
