GUWAHATI, Nov 2 - The Assam Handball Association will conduct a selection camp to prepare the State handball team for the Junior National (Boys) Handball Championship to be held at Patna from November 18 to 23.
The selection camp will be held at the Polo Ground, Tezpur under the supervision of the Sonitpur District Handball Association from November 8, stated a release.
The players invited for the camp are: Apurba Sonowal, Filan Tapo Rajbanshi, Kamal Bag, Kamakhya Saikia (Dibrugarh); Pranab Dewari, Lalu Prashad Dewari, Gyan Jyoti Dewari (Jorhat); Rintu Moni Phukan, Namir Chewra (Sivasagar); Anokon Bora (Golaghat); Sunney Kumar, Mukesh Kumar, Yes Beer Singh, Arnrit Kumar, A Kumar, Arnab Das (Guwahati); Rahul Saikia, Monikanta Moran, Topubrot Moran, Prasanna Das, Himanta Gohain (Tinsukia); Iku Suari, Papu Kalita, Ranjan Ali (Sonitpur) and one player each from Pragjyotishpur, Titabar, Mariani, Tamulpur and Nalbari District Association.
