GUWAHATI, Dec 17 � Peace interlocutor PC Haldar, who reached Guwahati today, visited the Guwahati Central Jail and had discussion with self-styled chairman of banned outfit Arabinda Rajkhowa and other central committee members presently in judicial custody.
Haldar also had discussion with leaders of DHD (J) including its �chairman� Jewel Garlosa at the Special Branch headquarters at Kahilipara.
Additional General of Assam Police (Special Branch) Khagen Sarma who accompanied Haldar told The Assam Tribune that the peace interlocutor had informal discussion talks with the leaders of both the outfits on the proposed peace talks during today�s stay.
