GUWAHATI, March 1 - A modern gym and fitness centre was inaugurated at the Sarusajai Sports Complex here today.
Noted bodybuilder Mahadev Deka inaugurated the gym in the presence of a large number of players and coaches.
Deka spoke about diet and nutrition while Director General of Sports Authority of Assam (SAA), Onkar Kedia called for making full utilisation of the gym.
He said, it will be upgraded and further modernised in phases depending upon the need and requirement.
Secretary, SAA, Dharma Kanta Mili and administrative officer, SAA, Kamaljit Talukdar also spoke on the occasion.
