GUWAHATI, Sept 25 - Students from 11 districts of the State will participate in the Gyanjyoti programme to be held at the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra here from November 7 to 11. The programme will be held under the aegis of the Kamrup Metro district administration.
A meeting was held at the office of the Kamrup Metro Deputy Commissioner here recently to take stock of the preparations for the Gyanjyoti programme.
It was held with District Development Commissioner Barnali Sharma in the chair and attended by officials from the police department, GMC, SDRF, NDRF, District Disaster Management Authority, APDCL, and Fire & Emergency Services. Sharma directed all officials to coordinate their activities for making the programme a success.
