GUWAHATI, June 26 - NF Railway Sports Association has been declared winner in the semifinal against Barpeta and will play against Guwahati in the final.
The two-day semifinal between NF Railway SA and Barpeta was abandoned at the Judges� Field here today due to unplayable ground conditions and as per the BCCI playing condition the former champions NFRSA team was declared winner on better run rate in the championship. In the other semifinal, Guwahati outplayed Nagaon by an innings and 49 runs at Barpeta yesterday.
The final will be played at the Judges� Field from June 29 to July 1, stated a release issued by Assam Cricket Association Chief Executive Officer Sujit Kakati.
