GUWAHATI, July 26 - Host Guwahati set up title clash with Nagaon in the 15th All Assam Sub Junior Inter District Hockey Championship.
In two semifinals played at the Bhetapara hockey stadium here today, Guwahati outplayed Bhergaon 8-1, while Nagaon defeated Kaliabor 2-0.
For Guwahati, which dominated the proceeding from the initial stage, Tanprit Singh, Rituraj Boro, Bedajyoti Chakraborty and Bidyut Daimary scored two goals each while Ratul Rabha reduced the margin.
Saddam Hussain and Jonaidum Islam netted one goal each for Nagaon in each half.
The final will be played tomorrow at 2.30 pm.
