Guwahati beat Silchar

GUWAHATI, March 9 � Guwahati handed a seven-wicket drubbing to Silchar in a semifinal league match of the Senior Inter District Cricket Tournament (Elite) for the Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy at the Barsapara stadium here today. On the second day of the three-day match, requiring 111 for victory in the second innings, Guwahati reached the target losing three wickets.
