KOKRAJHAR, July 17 - Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi will be on a three-day visit to BTC headquarters here from July 18 to 20. The Governor will arrive at Kokrajhar on July 18, official sources informed.
During his visit, Prof Mukhi will hold meetings with the security agencies, head of the departments in presence of principal secretary, BTC at Kokrajhar Circuit House. The Governor will also hold meetings with the CEM, EMs, MCLAs and officials of BTC at BTC Secretariat, Kadomtola, Kokrajhar.
Prof Mukhi will visit educational institutions, hospitals and offices to oversee the cleanliness drive undertaken as part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. The Governor will also visit the unelectrified village in Kokrajhar. Apart from this Prof Mukhi will also interact with different religious, social, sports, literary organizations, student organizations, representatives of political parties, elected members etc., at the Circuit House in Kokrajhar. He will also address media persons of Kokrajhar district on July 18 evening.
