GUWAHATI, Oct 19 - Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi has greeted the people of Assam on the occasion of Bijoya Dashami and Dussehra.
In a message today, Prof Mukhi said, �I consider it to be my pleasure in extending my warm wishes to the people of Assam on the occasion of Bijoya Dashami and Dussehra which reinforce the eternal message of victory of good over evil.�
He also said, �The occasions Bijoya Dashami and Dussehra, besides consigning our vices, promote our virtues and strengthen the bond of universal brotherhood, friendship and camaraderie among all fellow beings in our society.�
