GUWAHATI, Sept 5 - Governor PB Acharya has expressed his deep sorrow at the untimely death of Binny Yanga, a Padma Shree awardee and a social worker of Arunachal Pradesh.
The Governor remembered her close association with the Indian National Fellowship Centre (INFC), Mumbai, an NGO which was founded by Acharya himself in the 1980s, and now it is working vibrantly in the north-eastern states, an official release said.
