GUWAHATI, Feb 26 � Gauhati Town Club and River Rine Club advanced to the quarterfinal stage of the Uma Charan Bania Trophy T20 Cricket Tournament.
In two pre-quarterfinal matches played at the Judges� Field here today, Town Club downed Noonmati Cricket Academy by 34 runs while in the other match River Rine thrashed ICICI Bank by a big margin of nine wickets.
