GUWAHATI, May 7 � Guwahati Sports Association and Nagaon are in winning form in the league stage of the second Youth Inter District Basketball Championship which got under way at the NF Railway basketball courts, Maligaon last evening.
NF Railway General Manager RS Virdi formally inaugurated the championship.
The finals will be played tomorrow.
Results: (Boys) GSA bt Goalpara 46-39, GSA bt Morigaon 36-20, Nagaon bt Hailakandi 45-27, Nagaon bt Sivasagar 50-31, Goalpara bt NRF 68-32, Sivasagar bt Jorhat 31-30. (Girls) Dhubri bt Goalpara, GSA bt Kamrup 39-17.
