IMPHAL, March 8 - A powerful hand grenade exploded near a kerosene godown at Toupokpi area in Bishnupur district last night, according to police.
The blast took place at around 7.30 pm yesterday near the godown of a kerosene dealer after unidentified miscreants lobbed the grenade, the police said.
Though there was no casualties, considerable property worth lakhs of rupees have been damaged by the explosion, the police said.
