GUWAHATI, Nov 1 � Health Minister and government spokesperson Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that the State Government would never cow down before any terrorist threat and that it would do the needful to ensure proper law and order.
The minister said this before the media while reacting to the reported threat issued by the NDFB that the outfit would target �20 Indian people for every innocent Bodo/NDFB cadre killed.�
�The Government will never bow down before any terrorist threat, and ensure that proper law and order is maintained in the State,� he said.
