GUWAHATI, March 18 - The closing ceremony of the golden jubilee celebration of Mirza Sports Association, which was scheduled to be held on March 27 and 28 has been postponed due to prevailing situation.
The organising committee, in a meeting with the president, MLA Pranab Kalita in the chair, has resolved to put off the closing function.
The organising body also decided to put off the marathon competition, which was scheduled to be organised on March 22 to mark the occasion, stated a release.
