TINSUKIA, June 7 � Barekuri FC went down to Golaghat Rhino FC 1-2 in the Assam State Premier League home match at the Katchujan field of Tinsukia District Sports Association here today.
In the exciting match the first goal was netted by A K Martin of the home team in the 37th minute. But immediately after the break Golaghat netted two consecutive goals through Rakesh Karmakar and Gorachand Marandi in the 49th and 53rd minutes respectively. Danish Kumar of Golaghat was given marching order for rough play. Earlier, Parliamentary Secretary Bolin Chetia who is also the vice president of the Assam Football Association inaugurated the match.
