TINSUKIA, Jan 28 - Golaghat ensured their place in the final of the U-19 Inter District Cricket championship for the JK Baruah trophy defeating Dibrugarh by 9 wickets in the final day of the two-day match at the Katchujan field here today.
Golaghat were all out at their overnight score of 186 failing to add any further run to the scoreboard.
Dibrugarh in their second innings managed 104 runs in 25.4 overs before being all out only to set a target of 55 runs.
Golaghat reached the target losing one wicket in 10.2 overs.
Earlier, Dibrugarh made 136 runs in their first innings. Golaghat will play in the final scheduled on February 4-5. The next match of the tournament will be played on January 29-30 between Jorhat and Bokakhat.
