GOLAGHAT, July 24 - At the call of the All Assam Municipal Employees� Association, the employees of the Golaghat Municipal Board also launched an agitation programme on July 20.
As part of the agitational programme, a meeting was held at the conference hall of the Golaghat Municipal Board under the presidentship of Bishandeep Bora, president, Golaghat branch of the municipal employees� body. It was addressed by Ponaram Barua, Dwipen Dutta, senior journalist, Apurba Barua, Dr Ajit Barua, ex-chairman, Golaghat Municipal Board, and Ghanashyam Barhoi, chairman, Golaghat Municipal Board.
