GUWAHATI, Sept 30 - Sagolband United FC of Manipur and Gokulam Kerala FC made it to the last-four stage of the 11th Bodousa Cup Invitational Football Tournament organised by the Bodousa Sports Club.
In two quarterfinal encounters at Tinsukia, Sagolband UFC beat Lenka FC of Arunachal Pradesh 4-0 while at Duliajan the Kerala outfit got the better of Sripuria Football Academy by a margin of 3-1 goals.
For Sagolband, at the Katchujan Field in Tinsukia, Kilong (13th and 55th minute), Pritom Ningthonja (10th and 80th) scored two goals each.
At the Nehru Maidan in Duliajan, Gokulam, an I-League outfit, netted three goals through Bujair (10th and 69th) and Safeer (40th). For Sripuria FA, Andy Opera netted the lone goal in the 57th minute converting a spot kick.
In the first semifinal tomorrow at Tinsukia, Minerva Punjab will play against Ryntih SC of Shillong.
