GUWAHATI, Oct 7 - A confident looking Assam skipper Gokul Sharma was in a positive mindset for the second Group A Ranji Trophy match against Rajasthan which will get off at the Barsapara stadium here tomorrow.

Gokul said all his boys are in good nick and are confident of good show as they had against the defending champions Karnataka in the previous match. The Assam captain said, apart from players like J Syed Mohammad, Amit Verma, KB Arun Karthik, Pallav Das and himself, others also have perform well in order to dominate the match.

He, however, said they have to be cautious against the Rajasthan team as they also earned three points against fancied Delhi with first innings lead. He also hoped that the wicket will help the Assam team as it did in the last match.

Rajasthan lead coach Amit Asawa and captain Ashok Maneria also praised the wicket and said it is a good one for a four-day match.

Ashok said that they dont have any specific plan for the match and they will play their normal game. He said his team has lots of all rounders and that was their main advantage. Some of their players like Deepak Chahar, Aniket Choudhary, Puneet Yadav, Pranay Sharma, Vineet Saxena were in good form against Delhi and are likely to maintain the same form.

The match will start at 8.45 am.
