GUWAHATI, June 7� Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today expressed his resentment over the exclusion of Chief Ministers of the North East from the Prime Minister�s visit to Bangladesh. In a statement, he said the exclusion of the NE CMs from the PM�s visit to Bangladesh is contrary to the spirit of cooperative federalism. The action implied as if the NE States have no role to play in improving relationship between India and Bangladesh, the Chief Minister added.
