TURA, March 14 � The town of Ampati, reeling under the bandh call of Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA) will get a day�s respite with the outfit calling off the bandh on Sunday to facilitate Churchgoers.
The outfit in a release today stated, �The indefinite bandh call at Ampati will be relaxed tomorrow for a day so as to enable every faithful to attend church services on Sunday�.
�The bandh will, however, be re-imposed from Monday onwards till all responsible officers in the Oragitok killings are suspended�, the release added.
