Global Open University

GUWAHATI, June 30 - Global Open University Nagaland has decided to introduce several new courses at the meeting of its Academic Council held at the University campus at Dimapur yesterday.

Members of the academic council deliberated on the progress and development on the academic issues pertaining to the University.

They also recommended introduction of new courses such as B Voc, M Voc in the field of Geriatric care, Yoga, Naturopathy, Retail Management, Tourism, Food Processing, Carpentry/Mechanical tools, integrated LLB, B Ed and Acupuncture, which are proposed to be introduced soon.

The meeting was chaired by University vice chancellor Dr HN Dutta, said a press release.
