GUWAHATI, Dec 22 � The Itanagar permanent bench of the Gauhati High Court will remain closed from December 24 to 31 on account of winter vacation (Christmas holidays), a press release stated.
During the vacation, the arrangement of duties in the office for the officers and staff of the Itanagar Permanent Bench will be as follows: The office will function on December 26, 27 and 28.
The office will remain closed on December 24, 25, 29 and 31 (including gazetted holidays on December 25 and 31). Limitation will not run during the vacation, the release added.
