GUWAHATI, June 20 - The Geeta Mandir gas-insulated sub-station of the Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd (APDCL) was inaugurated by APDCL Chairman and Managing Director VK Pipersenia and Rakesh Agarwala respectively at a function here on Friday.
The 2�10 MVA, 33/11 kV sub-station will supply quality power to the APDCL consumers of the Zoo Road and Narengi electrical sub-divisions.
The APDCL said in a statement here that BG Tiniali, Panipath, Narikalbari, Zoo Tiniali, part of Mother Teresa Road, Hatigarh Chariali, ex-CJI�s residence, Geeta Mandir, etc., are sought to be connected with the Geeta Mandir sub-station of the Zoo Road Electrical Sub-division.
Boro Chowk, Ahmed Nagar, Debajani, Lakhimandir Path, Santinagar, Yuvanagar, Narengi Tiniali, etc., are sought to be connected with the Narengi Electrical Sub-division, said the power utility.
