IMPHAL, Sept 4 � Manipur police today nabbed a gang of nine vehicle lifters besides seizing six vehicles during a operation launched in different areas in Imphal city.
Six vehicles � one Maruti Alto, one Maruti 800, one Yamaha R-15 , two Yamaha FZ and one Honda Activa scooter � were recovered from their possession during the operations, police said. All the nine vehicle lifters are drug users, he said. The kingpin behind the vehicle racket is yet to be arrested.
