GUWAHATI, Jan 19 - The Guwahati Senior Citizens� Association (GSCA) in its meeting to be held tomorrow will discuss ways and means for raising a fund to give assistance to social activist Hem Bharali who has been passing through financial distress in view of suspension of her freedom fighter�s pension.
The GSCA said that Bharali has not been able to pay even her electricity and telephone bills. It has already announced a grant of Rs 10,000 from its fund.
