GUWAHATI, Sept 12 - The Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has decided to discontinue the process of submitting proposals through the Registered Technical Personnel (RTP) in the approval process of planning permits.

�The present process of submitting the proposals through the RTPs be (sic) discontinued with immediate effect. Henceforth, the applicants can submit their proposals as per required format directly to GMDA through online facilities available at GMDA,� an order issued by Dr M Angamuthu, Chief Executive Officer of GMDA, said.
