GUWAHATI, March 17 - �Autumn Notes�, a wing of �Meghna�s the Design Studio� (of ace fasion designer Meghna Rai Medhi), organised a free health camp for children and women in its third season in association with the KGMT Hospital on March 15 on the premises of the hospital here, a press release stated.
The camp was conducted by specialised doctors of KGMT Hospital and was preceded by an interactive session with Dr Nivedita Goswami, paeditrician.
The camp was graced by eminent personalities such as legendary Assamese actor Moloya Goswami, Atul Bora, celebrity chef, Bhaskar Kaushik, fitness & nutrition expert and famous Assamese model turned actress Preetykongona. The camp was conducted in association with Ajitaaksh Ventures.
Autumn Notes is an event dedicated to health issues relating to women and children. In the previous years, in the 1st Autumn Notes, a special designer paat muga outfit was made which raised Rs 50,000 and was donated to an NGO, working for the treatment of cancer patients. In the second season, Rs 1,00,000 was donated for the same cause and another Rs 60,000 was donated to meritorious students in the form of scolarships. This year, the main event of the �Autumn Notes Season 3�, is scheduled to be organised at the Vivanta by Taj, Guwahati, the release added.
